Edge grain cutting boards are very durable and can last a lifetime if properly cared for. The board has been treated with food safe mineral oil and my own recipe board conditioning butter. This gives the board a silky smooth matt finish that can be reapplied to keep your board looking fresh and hydrated. 1 tin of board butter is included with your order.
